Fall Activities Every Family Should Do This Season. The fall season brings about so many Favorite and Fun Fall activities for all families to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful colors of autumn.

This Friday is the first day of autumn, officially. But I have noticed a slight change in the seasons beginning already here in Chicago. The Midwest mornings are not quite so early and the evenings are not as long. The acorns are falling like crazy from the huge oak trees in my backyard and the chipmunks and squirrels are all scrambling about gathering and foraging for the winter. Because realistically, winter will be here before we know it.

The changing colors in the fall months here in Chicago bring about new activities. My family always looks forward to the local fall activities and festivals. We look to spend some time outdoors enjoying the fall colors, cooler weather, and visit local festivals that will be happening. My children are excited to leave summer behind and have some fall fun.

With the arrival of autumn, my family will be heading outdoors since there are so many popular activities. My kids and I do not want to miss out on any of the fall activities every family should do this season.
