Hosting a Family Movie Night is great fun when you have the perfect movie and the perfect snacks and treats! I’m always looking for ways to make Family Movie Night feel extra special, and this Croods Hot Chocolate & Treats Tray really does the trick!

Family Movie Nights are near and dear to my heart and these evenings do not have to be over the top! I do not often get to gather my family around for Family Movie NIght since my kids are getting a bit older now and really do not want to spend time with my husband and me! LOL! But, when I make Family Movie Night a bit more special, I can get my kiddos to sit and watch a movie with us.

A Croods Hot Chocolate & Treats Tray

 ♥ A Treats Tray – gather together a few of your family’s favorite treats and snacks and put them on a board or tray. It literally takes about five minutes to create! But, it is the easiest way to make Family Movie Night special!

♥ A Hot Chocolate Station - Heat up some milk in the microwave, drop in a hot chocolate stick, stir in all your add-ins and go grab a seat for a Family Movie Night!

What You Will Need:

HOT CHOCOLATE STATION

Fun cups or mugs: the cheerier the better!
Hot Chocolate Sticks: – I always buy plenty to last the entire year
Marshmallows: I get mini, big, pink, green, yellow - whatever fun marshmallows I can find!
Whipped Cream - if you have kids, you always have whipped cream!

Nutella - My kids love to add a tablespoon of Nutella to their hot chocolate - TRY IT!

Vanilla Extract - just a drop or two - make it so much more delicious!

Cinnamon - Just a shake or two - add just the right amount of YUM!

TREATS TRAY

Snacks & Treats - All your favorites (i try to purchase treats and snacks that we don't normally have. It makes it more special if the family rarely has these snacks and treats).

Waffle Cones - I love to have waffle cones to put the snacks and treats in!

I also added some fun Croods: New Age toys to the little area I created for our Croods Hot Chocolate & Treats Tray is to make Family Movie Night feel very celebratory. Hopefully, if I’m lucky, I can get my kiddos to enjoy some fun and games after the movie!! My kids are ruthless to my husband and I when we play Monopoly!

We will be enjoying countless cups of hot chocolate this weekend at home during this very cold winter weekend!!
