WordFul Wednesday
This past Monday I took the children (& nephew) to Medieval Times. My son loves to sword fight and my daughters love horses, so I thought they would all thoroughly enjoy themselves.
We passed through the mists of time and entered the courtyard.
We were royal guests and ate a sumptuous feast.
We watched a breathtaking tournament of knights performed by brave champions of a king's realm.
My daughters loved the Andalusian horses equestrian skills . . . he was quite beautiful and the display of the falcon flight.
My son loved the incredible feats and the dungeon.

Although, there is something to be said about dining without silverware with four small children and in the dark no less, with the aroma of fresh horse manure. It was a lovely experience, especially when my ungrateful nephew declared this as boring and tried to take a nap in his seat.
