Picking Strawberries

I took the children strawberry picking recently . . . sadly, they did not enjoy it too much. I think because we had to walk past a sandbox and swing area first to get to the strawberries, they lost interest before we even picked our first, red, tart berry! My little one announced after a few moments . . . 'I don't like picking strawberries momma, can I play please'. I was left to fill three little baskets wtih very small strawberries. They had more fun on the horse swing. I attempted a group photo of my lovely children again . . . see my huge failure again . . . I did learn one thing though . . . NEVER WEAR WHITE to a strawberry field!
